Starting the 3di

Use the shortcut on your Desktop called 3di5_run. Alternatively, run the corresponding entry also named 3di5_run in the Start menu.

The 3di toolbar appears on the Add-Ins tab of the Access ribbon. The buttons on the toolbar are illustrated and explained in the following pages.

As in all Office applications, the ribbon can be set to automatically hide by double clicking one of the tab titles, or by means of the pin/arrow icons in the bottom right corner of the ribbon.

When you first use the 3di, the system may not be linked to a for data storage. If the Main Menu indicates no backend, then to get started you will need to:
